Mr Andre Ross is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of ARC Group Trading (PTY) Ltd. Andre has extensive knowledge and experience within the Office Automation Industry. He started off his career as a Junior Technician for Canon North West and progressed to a Senior Technician for Copitronix in 2001.
During this period, Andre managed various clients and built lasting partnerships, assisting them to identity solutions that improve performance and implementing those solutions by aiding in managing the subsequent changes.
COO and Director
Mr Craig Diedericks is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of ARC Group Trading (PTY) Ltd. With over 30 years of experience within the Office Automation Industry. Providing services to small, medium and large enterprises.
Craig has the expertise and the understanding of what is required to deliver quality and reliable services from OnSite support, printing solutions, retail solutions, hardware rentals and IT Management to complete outsourcing of IT needs for any organisation.
CIO and Director
Mr Reza Toefy is the Chief Information Officer and Director of ARC Group Trading (PTY) Ltd. Reza is an integral part of ARC Group Trading's Executive Team. He has strong leadership capabilities combined with the business and technical knowledge to help our organiastion reach its business goals.
Reza started his career as a Junior Technician at Panasonic for 2 years and progressed to managing the printing workshop at Premium Consumables for a period of 13 years.
